Build Confidence with a Quick Win
Time and time again, I find myself coming back to this little journal when I feel stuck or just don't know where to start. My studio can feel overwhelming with all the possibilities, but this small journal has been a lifesaver. It's a compact size, making it easy to feel accomplished with a quick win, which is huge for boosting confidence. Sometimes the pages don't end up being my favorite, but that’s okay because they serve their purpose of warming me up. Today, I started by scribbling and using my fingers to spread some paint. It felt good to just dive in without any pressure.
Sometimes, you just have to sit and ponder for a bit before making a final call. Struggle is normal, no matter how seasoned you are, and it's important to be gentle with yourself. This journal really did its job today, loosening me up and helping me feel ready to dive into more projects.
Overall, even if I'm not in love with every page I create, it's all about the process and getting into that creative flow. If you don't like what you've made, you can always close your journal and move on, which is the best part. I'm glad this small journal helped me achieve what I wanted. Thanks for joining me again, and happy creating!
xx Brooke
